Your custom portrait will be shipped within one week of receiving your photo in a plastic sleeve with a backing board to prevent bending.

Note: The portrait will not include facial features other than facial hair, glasses, etc. with the exception of it is a side/kissing shot of the couple, in which case simple facial features may be included. Please see the pictures for examples!

Your portrait will be created and shipped USPS Ground Advantage (fka First Class) within one week of receiving your photo. USPS usually takes 3-5 days to deliver your package but please expect delays during the holidays.
