A craze has swept France—giant stuffed teddy bears! You can find them sitting in Paris cafes and leaning off balconies. The trend started as a way to bring cheer to Paris during quarantine. This bear is from my own imagination. It is a common sight to see Parisians sitting along the Seine so I decided to place a bear sitting in contemplation of the beautiful architecture.
The painting is 4.5 inches square and is matted to 10 inches square. The painting is packed in a plastic sleeve with a backing board and shipped in a flat mailer for protection. The artwork was done with pen and watercolor paint on cold press watercolor paper.
